Our Story
Started in 1998. Still hands-on today.
Lyonsdale Homes began as a small, family-operated building company in the Edmonton area, and more than 27 years later, that hasn't changed. What has changed is scale: from single infill projects to homes across master-planned communities throughout the region.

What hasn't changed is who's accountable. This is still a two-generation, family-run business. The people who plan your home are the same people who stand behind it long after possession day.

We build both ways: quick-possession homes for buyers who need to move sooner, and fully custom builds for buyers who want to shape every detail. Neither gets treated as the lesser option.

Lyonsdale Homes has been family-run since 1998. Two generations of the same family, alongside a core team of project managers, site supervisors, and design consultants, are involved in every home we build.
