Do you build custom homes, or only from set plans?

Both. Every floor plan can be customized, and we also build fully custom homes on request. Neither gets treated as the lesser option, the same standard of workmanship applies either way.

What's the difference between quick possession and a custom build?

Quick possession homes are complete or near-complete and ready to move into sooner, typically within 30 to 90 days. Custom builds are constructed to your specifications on a longer timeline, giving you control over layout, finishes, and options.

Can I work with my own realtor?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We work with realtors across every community, at the same pricing and the same process as a direct enquiry. However you'd like to work with us is fine.

Do I need an appointment to visit a show home?

Accepted Answer

Not usually, most show homes welcome walk-ins during open hours. Hours vary by community and change seasonally, so it's worth calling ahead at 825-966-6813 or sending a message to confirm before you drive out.

What warranty comes with a Lyonsdale home?
